keep your face always bright and fresh..

Before any home remedy can work its magic you must follow a few healthy habits. Adequate sleep of about eight hours a night is necessary for skin cells to rejuvenate. Exfoliating your face once a week will help your skin restore itself as well.

Moisturizing your skin by drinking water daily and giving it essential vitamins and minerals by eating fresh fruits and vegetables is critical to a glowing complexion.

  • Apply honey on your face and neck and wash it off after 20 min.

  • Washing your face in skimmed milk once you r back from work is good for removin tan

  • Rubbing ice cubes for 5 min after washing face with cold water or luke warm water before any make up or outing helps maintaing the oil in control givin no way to breakouts(oily skin)

  • You can apply small banana-yellow coloured as a nice face pack

  • Lemon(juice) and tomato(juice) mixture can be,2-3 coats and wash it off after bout 30 min

  • Boil 2 pinches of saffron in milk n add turmeric if you r not allergic to turmeric or jus saffron and apply it n wash it off after 30 min

  • Apply sandal wood powder in water and wash it off on feel fresh and cool

  • Carrots,cucumbers,papayas--make them into paste by either squeezing them or by addin milk can be used as face packs

  • Tomato juice n honey mixed can be used as a good facial

  • Mince a carrot and squeeze the fresh carrot juice into a bowl. Smear the juice onto your face and let it dry. Rinse with cold water and pat dry.

  • Remove the peel and core of an apple. Mash the apple or put it in a blender with honey. Spread the honey-apple mixture on your face and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water and pat dry.

  • The next time your are preparing fresh papaya for a fruit salad save a piece. Rub the papaya all over your face for several minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
