Home Remedies And Natural Treatment For Dark Skin

You can get fair skin from home, and all you need to do is try some of these natural remedies. Aside from keeping yourself out of the sun for prolonged periods of time, there are some home recipes you can make to help give you that fair skin you want.

Depending on your skin type, you can whiten your skin with the use of natural ingredients you can find at home. For oily skinned individuals, you can use a body and facial wash made from cucumber juice and lemon juice. Just squeeze out the juices of these natural whiteners and mix equal parts of these in a bowl. Use this liquid all over you face and body and leave on for a quarter hour. Rinse with clear water. For dry skin, exchange the lemon juice for honey and do the same thing.

Almonds have been known to promote the creation of fair skin so you can use an almond-based paste to get the fair skin you want. Simply soak a few raw almonds overnight in water. In the morning, drain these and grind them to a fine paste after removing their skin. Add some gram flour, some milk, and some lime juice and apply to your face and your body for that fair complexion you want.

You can use a mixture of oatmeal, tomato juice, and yogurt in equal parts as a facial and body scrub to whiten your skin. Just rub this mixture on your skin. Leave for fifteen minutes, then rinse off with cool water.

Apply a mixture of equal amounts of lemon and cucumber juice on the face and whole body. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off. If your skin is dry, use honey and lemon juice

First scrub your face with cucumber slices and then apply cucumber juice (with skin on cucumber) to your face, leave it there overnight and wash in the morning

Mix honey with equal amount of almond oil. Apply on the face every night

Make a paste by grinding mint leaves in water. Apply on the face and neck for 20 minutes and then wash with water.

Make a paste by mixing papaya, honey, milk, and milk powder. Apply on face and leave for a few minutes and wash, your face will look fairer

Apply egg white to your face.


Soak almond overnight and grind it make a fine paste in the morning. Mix this almond paste with rose water and apply it on your skin. Let this paste stay on your skin for about half an hour before washing off with water.

A mixture of lemon juice and cucumber extract can also be used on your skin. This will act as a natural bleach and help lighten your skin color.

Use aloe vera gel to as a shampoo to wash your face. Aloe vera gel is a natural cleanser and is also rich in nutrients.

Use freshly cut slices of vegetables to rub on your skin. Rubbing slices of potato, cucumber, or tomato on your skin regularly can help better your skin complexion.

Wash you feet on a daily basis, in lukewarm soapy water. Thereafter, rinse them with cool water, dry with a towel and apply foot cream.


Whenever you get your feet wet, make sure to dry them thoroughly, especially between the toes.


The best time to buy shoes is later in the day, when the feet are a bit swollen. The shoes that feel comfortable at that time will surely be comfy at all times of the day.


If, and when, you go out in the sun wearing sandals, make sure to apply a sunscreen on your feet, just like the rest of your exposed body parts


Scrub your feet, especially the heels, with a foot scrubber on a regular basis. It will help remove the dead cells and make you feet softer


Before going to bed, wash your feet thoroughly, dry them with a towel and apply moisturizer generously, especially at the heels

Winter Skin Care Tips..


Summer time is great. Your skin feels young and alive. But as winter approaches your skin begins to dry and you feel uncomfortably and itchy. What do you do?


Take a lukewarm shower daily, without fail. During winter season too, you need to keep yourself clean and a bath is the best way to keep fresh and hygienic. Use a mild shower gel and avoid harsh and excessively fragrant soaps.

You need to apply moisturizer just after having a bath, when the skin is still moist. Apply a deep cream-based moisturizer on the whole body. Choose a moisturizer with shea butter or cocoa, for extra protection.

You can also add a few drops of olive oil or coconut oil to your bathing water, to keep your skin moist and soft.

You need to exfoliate your skin once a week. Dead cells normally accumulate on the skin during winters and exfoliating them will keep it smooth and clean. Invest in a good brand for the scrub.

Lips also suffer the brunt of winter and you need to apply balms to keep them from getting chapped. First rub your lips with a gentle toothbrush and then apply the balm. You can even apply mustard oil in your navel every night.

Wear gloves while you are doing house chores, so as to prevent your hands from getting rough. In addition, you need to apply a good hand cream two to three times in a day.

A mixture of equal quantity of fresh amla juice and lime juice when used as a shampoo stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss.

One cup of lettuce and spinach juice taken daily prevents hair loss.

Add one-gram black pepper in 100 grams of curd and apply in the scalp. Then wash the hair with warm water and use it once a week.

Mix the powder of shana seeds and a few drops of essential oils such as sesame oil or coconut oil

Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day everyday as this will stop further hair loss and is very good hair loss treatment.

Home Remedies for Dandruff..

                                                
Hot stream bath especially on the scalp is highly beneficial.

Massage of warm olive or sesame oil and then wrap a warm cloth or a towel on head for few minutes is very helpful in getting rid of dandruff.

For getting rid of dandruff apply peel of lime immersed in coconut milk or oil heated naturally by leaving it in sunshine for ten days.

Apply hot olive oil or sesame oil on the scalp at bed time. Now an hour prior to the bathing rub lime juice mixed with the cosmetic vinegar on the scalp. Wash and rinse your hairs properly.
